How much does it cost to ship a vehicle?

There are a few factors that we take into account in order to provide you with the most accurate price. For example, type of vehicle, size and weight, distance, delivery location, seasonal and car modifications. There are also additional options, such as VIP service that can be added to your shipment at the time of booking.

How do a schedule a transport?

Call us at 347-909-6941 or email us at MillionaireAuto@Gmail.com to schedule your shipment. At this time, we will gather the details of your car, give you a price and inform you on how to prepare your vehicle.

How long will delivery take?

Transport times depend on the origin and final destination. We will keep you up to date with your delivery once your vehicle has been picked up. Please note, our drivers are limited by laws that dictate how many hours per day they may drive. Other factors may be weather, mechanical issues, any social, acts of God, and road conditions.

What types of vehicles do you transport?

We transport antique, classic, inoperable (must roll and steer), motorcycles, SUV’s, luxury cars and most pick up trucks. If you have a special or unusual vehicle, call us for more information.

Can I pack my personal items in my car?

We do not recommend this. Additional items can cause damage to the interior of the car. Items may be below window level and not behind drivers seat. Our drivers need to see through the windows to safely load and unload the vehicle from the trailer. Also, there is a weight limit and the added weight can incur additional shipping fees. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items that are in your vehicle. Customers are responsible for removing or disabling toll transponders. We can refuse the transportation of your vehicle if it contains any illegal contraband.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Zelle, Chase Quick Pay, cashiers checks, money orders and company/business checks from verified companies.

When should I book my transport?

We suggest booking your transport 5-7 days before you need the car picked up.

Do I have to be at the pick up or delivery location?

NO. However, please be sure someone over the age of 18 will be available at the pickup or delivery location of the car to sign the BOL (Bill of Lading) and inspection report. Payment must be made in full before we release the vehicle.

What if I need to change or cancel an order?

Please contact us immediately. If the driver is already in route to pick up your vehicle and you need to cancel, a cancellation fee will apply.
